Relocation plan

Yesterday the company guard told me that the only surivial dog in my company disappeared. She seemed to take holiday just like us. We wish her to find a better boss.

I started to search a new job. I haven't found one, but sent some companies my CV. I think administration job is suitable for me. Well, I also like to do a translation job as well. Changing a new job is really annoying. What more annoying is the relocation and adaption after that. You need to change all your personal information and title, knowing new people, adapting new location. The whole thing would give me a big headache. But I need to change. I really need this. This company can't have any improvement I think. People are stuck because of all high ranks doesn't want to improve. I learn some, but not what I really want.

This month I hope I can deal with all my rest work here and finish them in the end of this month. Start packing and organize my stuff that I don't use often. Find my rental contract to check the moveing information. Hopefully I could get rid of some useless things and donate some still-new stuff to a charity. Maybe some stuff to put on a bid.

Well, if all those things done, I can really move my ass out of this place.

After new year

I'm back from the new year holiday. It was ok. The most interesting thing is I saw some of my old friends that I had never seen them for two or three years. They are my high school classmates. It cheered me up. Actually I was the one who hardly contact with them. I live in the north now, so I can't hang out with them often. We didn't talk much because it was a little late and I can't stay outside long. It was really good memory for me.

This new year wasn't too much different from before. We prepared worship and celebration like the past years. My parents were always busy for going to market, cooking, cleaning house. And me and my brother were always sleeping late and watching TV for a long time. Actually for me, new year in Taiwan is quite boring, compared with other asian countries. Anyway, in the new year's eve, my family sat together for dinner. We had hot pot like usual. It indicates family union. After that, I handed out red envelops to my parents. I didn't have much money, only wanted to wish them a better year and keeping healthy. I was surprised my brother also gave me one. It was said if people has been working or has had salary, they can't be given envelops. Well, for me, I don't care. I need it.:)

Usually in the new year's eve, children need to stay overnight for their parents. It's said their parents would live longer. For my family, we don't believe it. But we usually watch TV overnight during new year, so it doesn't have much differences.:)

We go to a temple nearby in the first day of new year. Like always, when we went there this time, it was very crowdy, but less than before. The temple has completed for refurbishing. And it looks a little strange, because the temple were changed to some kind of indian style. It was Chinese buddism and now change to indian one...

In the second day, we went to my mom's family. My grandpa was happy to see us. After the lunch and drinking a bit, he started talking his past again. Sometimes I even couldn't recognize what he was talking about, just nodding. He still looks very healthy. Maybe that's because he got a very labor job when he was young. He made cooking knifes, only with a big oven and a hammer.

Firework is less and less to be used these few years. The government ban it strictly. However, it is dangerous and fun. And it presented some parts of traditional festival celebration in Asia. Hm...maybe in the future, you could see more firework in Holland than here.

The new year's preparation

Only left two days, the new year will arrive. Today was the first day of holiday. It was busy on the street. Everyone prepared food and decoration for new year and worship to GodWhen I was driving on the road to the shopping mall, I saw two women were chatting with their worship stuff on hand. A couple said goodbye to each other for the holiday because their hometown were from different place. They needed to go back for celebration. People set firework and hand over red envolops. These few year the atmosphere of new year is less intense than before. Just like Christmas, it seemed like the holiday presents decided when the holiday begins. When we see some new year commercials on TV, we know the holiday is apporaching. Friends and relatives visit are about showing more and more luxury presents. Well, I have to say it's a "trend" all over the world.

Tomorrow I'll go back to my hometown for holiday. Hm...I am only afraid that my relatives would be too much concerned with my relationship with men. You know people, always wants singles become married. Then I can have kids, have family and become a really woman. Well, I don't think I am "imcomplete" without men. I know how to take care of myself. And that's enough. If I meet a man, I want to live with him and marry him, it would be only one reason and the main reason-I am happy to do this. I am willing to do this, not because I am getting old and I need company. Well, so far that's the biggest problem I am afraid of going home. However, there is another reason driving me home, which is I can see my old friends. I am really looking forward to seeing them. I can't wait to tell them what have I been doing.

OK...I will take some photos about the new year. Hope there are some decent enough to put on the website.

New camera

I got my new camera today. It is Fuji F810. I immediately took some photos of my colleagues and the dog you saw below. It is quite decent camera. The photos are very good quality. I was quite content about the photos even I didn't adjust the best mgp. I can shot. The dog was adorable, wasn't it? It is the only survival after the poison event. Previously there were four dogs, one was the mother and three kids. One farmer who owns a field in the opposite of my company. He was annoyed that the dogs was destoryed his field. He put some food with poison for them while the company was having holiday break. My colleagues found the dogs were gone and be found in the bush. They were upset and angry, but nothing they could do. We didn't have evidence but we all knew it was him. He was constantly shouting with us that the dogs had bad behaviours. And now , only one dog left because it got a break leg and couldn't get to eat on time, so he didn't be poisoned.

Japan, wait for me.

The trip needs to be cancelled I think..
The annual bonus was less than I expected. Besides, I wouldn't have a decent camera for photography during the trip. After considering, I decided to buy a nice camera first. Maybe I can go to Kyoto this Autume. After the decision, I closed my guide book, cancelled my booking and avoided reading the Japanese trip forum. They would be a very big temptation for me. In the other hand, I started researching some information online for camera. First, I thought Canon IXY50 was just right for me. It was light, thin and good quality images. But people said there are some flaws in this camera. Also, I want more professional camera, which I can really make good photos faster and handier. The moment I wanted to shot were always disappeared too soon.

Today I ordered one camera on net. It is Fuji F810. What I was considering is, it has super CCD, and 6.3mp. Only has it 1.5 sec. to open the lens. Those are totally what I want. Now I am very excited to see my new camera and try some photos. Hope I can post some here as well.
